ok so i wanted to read rss feeds but like, in a cool terminal way with vim keys and phosphor green text instead of opening a browser like some kinda normie. so i made this. it pulls in rss/atom feeds, remembers what youve already read (sqlite, nothing fancy), and lets you browse em in a TUI that looks like the rest of this site. it can also spit out a static blogroll.html page for your neocities site which is honestly the whole reason i built it — i wanted a page on my site that shows what my internet friends are writing without me having to manually update it every five minutes. written in rust bc i felt like learning it. the code is kind of a mess but it works and im weirdly proud of it. might add more features if the vibes strike me
a chiptune tracker that lives in your terminal. you type notes on your keyboard (z-m = C4-B4, q-u = C5-B5), the synth plays em back in real time, and you can export to the music.js format the website uses. its like lsdj for the gameboy but in rust and with a warhammer colour scheme. 4 channels, square/triangle/sawtooth waves, real-time audio via cpal. compose a canticle in the tracker, export it, drop it in a page, and suddenly your website has a custom chiptune soundtrack that you wrote yourself
Two real STC fragments now: vox-relay (rss reader) and canticle-forge (chiptune tracker). one fetches feeds, the other composes music. i contain multitudes.
